    14歳以下で単独　あるいは親と一緒ではない子供です。

    Foreign Minors Traveling to the Philippines

    fourteen (14) years old and below, traveling to the
    Philippines alone or unaccompanied by either parent, may apply
    for Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) directly at the
    Immigration Arrival Section at any Philippine international
    airport.

    さらに、21日以上の滞在予定ならばビザが必要ですね。
    Nationals from countries listed below are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination.　

    航空券を買われる旅行社に、問い合わせされたらいかがでしょうか?　
    必要書類など、的確なアドバイスが必要になると思いますので・・・

    投稿ありがとうございます。
    息子は今14歳で、今回は私の姉と来ます。
    このような場合はどうなるのでしょうか。
    航空券はネットで航空会社から直接購入を考えています。
