有難うございます ひと通り読みました。幸か不幸か、私自身医師なので、診断書は自分で書けるのですが、どうやら申請に＄23かかるみたいですね。まあ、それなら高々10日程度のことなので、多少のことであれば、車椅子を押して歩いた方が早かなって感じですね。もう少し考えます。有難うございました。
Temporary permitは20ドル＋寄付だそうです We can issue you a temporary tourist permit for the duration of your stay in BC so long as you can fill out our application form (attached) and send us a scan of your current permit from Japan. You would normally need to take the application form to your doctor and have them fill out the physicians assessment but in the place of a doctors confirmation we will use the scan of the permit you were issued in Japan. There will be a fee of $23 for the new permit and you can either have it issued through the mail or come in to our office to pick it up. SPARC BCからの返事待ちです。 いろいろ有難うございます。実は、あれから、SPARC BCに以下の質問を書いて、メール送信していますが、今のところ、まだ返事が来ていません。駐車証明書が手元に送られてくるのに、どれくらい日数を要するかですよね。日程の関係上、現地に出向くのはほぼ不可能ですから（しかも、最初の到着地がビクトリアになる）、日本に郵送してくれるかどうかという問題もあります。とりあえず、出発日までに手元に届きそうであれば、書類をスキャンして送信するつもりです。また、何か情報があれば、お知らせ下さい。Dear staffs；I have a plan to go to Victoria and Vancouver including one person who needs a wheelchair. She is 85 years old and she has a Japanese handicapped certificate. She is my mother in law. I have reserved a rental car at Victoria airport on Aug. 26th and I will check in it at Vancouver airport on Sep.3rd. From Victoria to Vancouver we will use BC ferry. And we will bring her wheelchair from Japan with us.I’ve heard that if I want to park a car at a park for handicapped person, I need a certificate paper(parking permit) to do. I’ve already print a Parking Permit Application. And I am a doctor, so I can write Physician’s Assessment also. How can I get a parking permit and how long do I need to get it? If I send the application by an e-mail attachment or Fax, could you re-send me a parking permit via air mail to my house? If so, I could prepay the postage by my credit card including permit fee.I am pleased to tell me in detail. Truly yours
