Finnish Aviation Union's strike threat postponed by two weeks

The Finnish Aviation Union has told that it is postponing the support strike that would impact Finnair and Finnair's subcontractors to May 19-20, 2015. Finnair is not a party to the dispute behind the strike threat. If implemented, this support strike would have considerable impacts on Finnair traffic.
Finnair hopes that the parties to the dispute reach an agreement and the strike would be avoided. If the strike threat is not removed, Finnair will inform its customers about the possible alternatives to reschedule their flights and other preparations on May 12.
