自転車旅行のナビゲーションアプリ（MAPS.ME について

初めまして。今月から自転車でヨーロッパ旅行を計画しています。自転車用のナビゲーションアプリとしてオフラインてでMAPS.ME を使う予定ですが、試しに日本でマップをダウンロードして使ってみても音声案内してくれません。
アプリ内設定では音声オンにしてあり、iPhone上でも音声は最大にしてあります。グーグルマップだと問題なく音声ナビゲーションしてくれるのですが、グーグルマップだとオフラインにした場合、車のナビゲーションのみ使用出来るとの事。
どなたかMAPS.ME の音声案内のやり方を教えていただけないでしょうか？

    自転車を動かさないと音は出ないそうです

    使ったことはないのですが（サイクリング用の国内製品も購入したが一度も使っていない）。

    I can’t hear voice instructions
    Note: voice instructions are available for car and cycling routes. For now, you can hear voice instructions only while driving and when the screen is on.

    If you can't hear voice instructions:

    Please make sure that your device media volume is not muted. You can change the volume with the device’s volume buttons. To do that, you may need to disable "Change with Buttons" option (if enabled) in the device settings → Sounds;
    When you turn on Bluetooth, it shouldn’t reflect voice instructions. However, we didn’t test voice guidance with car audio, it may cause issues. In this case, you can turn Bluetooth off;
    If you are an Android user and the option is disabled (or some of the supported languages are unavailable), please check system TTS settings.

    Voice instructions settings
    Open the app settings → Navigation section → Voice instructions. Here you can choose a language and turn off voice instructions. For now, voice instructions are only available for car and bike routes.

    Note: we don’t use pre-recorded voices but TTS (text-to-speech) engine. It means that the voice output quality and language availability depends on the TTS engine installed on your device.

    If you are an Android user and the option is disabled, please check system TTS settings.
