建物自体も新築で、友人も今年の２月に入居したばかりなので、内装も家具もほぼ新品です。日本でいう１ＤＫタイプのフラットに、広いバルコニーがついています。フラットシェアではありませんので、自由にフラット全体を使っていただけます。１ｓｔフロア（日本でいう２階）です。
場所は、地下鉄ウェンブリー・パーク駅（ジュビリー／メトロポリタンライン）より徒歩１０分。オーバーグラウンドのウェンブリー・スタジアム駅（ゾーン１のメリルボーン駅まで平均約１０分）と地下鉄ウェンブリー・セントラル駅（ベーカールーライン）も徒歩圏内です。バス停もフラットの目の前にあり、８３・９２・１８２・２２３が通っています。
ロンドンオリンピック競技会場であるウェンブリー・スタジアム（サッカー男女決勝）、ウェンブリー・アリーナ（バドミントン／新体操）、そのそばにある、ショッピングや食事も楽しめるウェンブリー・シティも、フラットからすぐの場所にあります。

A newly built one bedroom apartment located opposite the iconic Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, both of which are Olympic venues, is now available to rent throughout the Olympic Games.
This newly fully furnished apartment offers a large double bedroom, a modern open plan living/kitchen area and a large balcony. Located in the heart of ‘Wembley City’, there is a variety of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep where you can soak up the Olympic atmosphere.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Wembley Park Station (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines) which goes directly to the Olympic Park. It is also within walking distance to Wembley Stadium Station (Overground trains to Central London), Wembley Central Tube station (Bakerloo line), and fast track bus routes.
Balance is to be paid in full 10 days before arrival. A ￡500 damage deposit is requested on arrival. The damage deposit will be returned after the rental ends.
