私の場合は、クレジットの番号を入力して次の画面に行く場合、
クレジットカードが拒否されたたため別のカードで支払ってください。
というような内容のコメントが出てきました。
別のカードで試しても同じコメントが出ました。

ちなみに、以下がスターペルーからきた回答です。

返事が来るかどうかわかりませんが、以下のメールをスターペルー宛て、送ってみました。

Buenos días. Me pongo en contacto con ustedes con el objeto de solucionar una duda.
Les escribo de parte de mis amigos que hicieron una reserva de billetes de avión a través de su página Web.
Según ellos a pesar de haber introducido los dígitos de su tarjeta de crédito al adquilirlos, no puede impriir su "e-ticket" con su número de reserva y están completamente desorientados y preocupados.

Me podrían informar cómo se puede sacar dicho billete (e-ticket) a través del internet o saber el estado de la reserva?
Por el momento no tengo su número de reserva, pero si me puede contestar muy en general, les agradecería infinitamente.
