Soon, on 15 August, the eight-week-long track closure between the Göncz Árpád városközpont and the Kőbánya-Kispest stations will end. During the closure, work is carried out on a longer-term basis, requiring a permanent shutdown, the most important of which are the reconstruction of the Lehel tér detour area and the renovation of the workstation in the dispatching building on Szabó Ervin tér.
なので、完全に停止させた問題区間の路線は既に再開しているはずです。

と言うことは、試験期間であると言うのが正しいようです。

Metro replacement services
The last phase of the reconstruction of metro line M3

With the handover of three renewed downtown stations – Kálvin tér, Corvin-negyed, Semmelweis Klinikák – and the closure of the Dózsa György út, Lehel tér, Nagyvárad tér stations, the last phase of the metro reconstruction started on 14 May 2022.

The reconstruction is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023, with the use of metro replacement buses and other alternative services in the middle section of the line during the works.

Metro line 3 will resume services in southern Budapest from August 15
BKK has confirmed that metro line 3 will resume services in southern Budapest from August 15 following a scheduled summer revamp. The M3 service will again operate between the Kőbánya-Kispest and Kálvin Square stations from Monday, except over the weekends when a replacement bus service will operate on the entire line between Kőbánya-Kispest and Ujpest-kozpont.

どうやらGoogle（マップの経路説明で出てきた）の情報が間違いで、週末以外は鉄道が再開しているようです。BKKのサイトが国外からのアクセスを拒否しているようなので（今、モバイル接続で、ちゃんと確かめている訳ではないですが）、確実なことはわかりませんが、動いている可能性は大でしょう。週末は両起点の間を代行バスが走っているというので、最悪でも代行バスがあるようです。主要な路線なので、代行バスもかなりの頻度で出ていたようです。ただし、バスの写真はベンツ製の普通の路線バスなので、スーツケースなどの大きなカバンを乗せられるか否かはわかりません。まあ、地下鉄でもトラムでも通勤時間帯、特に朝都心に行く時間に乗り込むのは難しいので、長距離バスの到着時間帯にも拠るでしょう。

なお、全ては未来形なのが気になります。過去形の記事が一つでもあれば良いのですが、この辺りは国民性も反映するので（日本なら再開の数日前ならまず予定通りとなるが、イタリアでは未来形は誰も信じない）、わかりません。これは、今の国際報道も同じで、現場にいない弱みです。
